Maddie McCuddy (b. 2002) is a creative photojournalist based in Missoula, Montana, and has traveled throughout the western US. She received her bachelor's degree in Photo Journalism from the University of Montana, and has a minor in Wilderness Studies. When Maddie’s not taking photos for assignments or freelance work, she is usually in the woods or snowboarding. She specializes in working with the human experience in rural areas and how it intertwines with the natural world. She’s most interested in environmental journalism in rural areas. She traveled to Bangladesh to report on Climate Change.
Maddie is currently based in Nashville, TN, to document photos for the Hogslop String Band.
